You can place an order with the following steps:

Select product quantity and add in your cart.

Go to your cart to check out (give special instructions to seller if any)

Fulfil contact and shipping address

Select shipping method (standard or express)

Select payment method: Credit Card or Cash on Delivery (COD)

Add your billing address if any then complete your order

How can I update my order?

Please email us at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfilment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

I'm having problems with the order tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

How can I change the currency I am shopping in?

To change the currency, you’re shopping in (and country you’re shipping to), just click the little circle on the bottom left corner of your screen and select the correct currency. Right now, we only ship to the countries listed here (but more are coming soon).

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid MIDIMO promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

You can use a promo code along with free shipping when you buy two or more items. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the deal you last enter.


Where does MIDIMO ship?

MIDIMO currently ships to Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, United States, Canada, the UK and the EU.

Tell me about shipping within Vietnam.

We offer three shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.

  1. Standard (3-5 business days)
  2. Express (2-3 business days)
  3. Note: All orders in Ho Chi Minh City will be automatically upgraded to rush speed without extra cost. Orders before 2pm (GMT+7:00) will be shipped in the same day and the next day for the ones after 2pm (GMT+7:00).

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines.

  2. Express (3-5 business days)

Note: Standard shipping is free worldwide when you spend USD 85 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm GMT+7 are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email (international address also gets a tracking number so you know exactly when your order will arrive) as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

International buyers please be aware of custom clearance that might cause delays in final delivery.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards or debit cards. For customers in Vietnam, we also accept Cash on Delivery (COD).


When will my credit card be charged?

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or my products arrive damaged?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or your product(s) arrive damaged, sorry about that! Please contact us at and we’ll be sure to get you the MIDIMO you ordered!

What if I just want to place a return or exchange?

If you simply change your mind about the MIDIMO that you bought and decide you don’t want to keep it, we will not be able to offer a return or an exchange.

What’s your return policy?

Any defects from manufacturer will be subjected to exchange a new one within 07 days of purchase at MIDIMO. For items that are out of stock or have been discontinued, a replacement of the same monetary value will be issued.

Return Policy is not applicable.

Do you test on animals?

Great question—no, we don’t! The MIDIMO office often hosts animal visitors, and we wouldn’t dream of testing on them or any of their friends.

How are MIDIMO products compare to other essential oil and diffuser brands?

To create MIDIMO, we source small patches of ingredients at a time, at premium price to make sure our products have the highest therapeutic-grade. We control the entire 2 months production of each bottle of essential oil with our scientists onsite and our engineers on-call. Each then being tested in our lab, and then in the rooms of our very own homes before becoming available to you. It’s a lengthy process. But we understand that the story we want to tell is an important one. And we must do it right.
